1.1 We only deliver goods in designated areas in Hong Kong from Monday to Sunday, except for the first day of the Lunar New Year and when typhoon warning signal No. 8 or above or black rainstorm warning is in effect. We currently do not deliver to remote areas and outer islands and buildings without lift facilities. We reserve the right to refuse delivery at our sole discretion. You agree and accept that you will pick up your order from our fulfillment center and that we will not accept cancellations or refunds under any circumstances.

1.2 We will ship your order to the address you give us when you place your order through our staff or a third party provider. When you confirm receipt of the merchandise, you agree to produce photo identification upon request. The Goods shall and shall be deemed delivered and accepted by you when they are delivered to the shipping address you have provided to us. You agree and accept that if you fail to accept delivery for any reason, we may, at our sole option, charge you additional fees or cancel your order without providing you with any refund or compensation.

1.3 Unless otherwise specified, we will use all commercially reasonable efforts to deliver within 24 hours of your order being accepted. Subject to prior online arrangement, you may be asked to select from any of the delivery time slots available when you place your order.

1.4 We may deliver the Goods in one or more batches and some Goods may be delivered directly from the Supplier. Any specified times and dates for item shipment, or the length of time it will take for item delivery, are estimates only. If we are unable to meet any stated dispatch or delivery date or time, we will notify you of the progress of your order. You agree and accept that under no circumstances will we accept cancellations or refunds.

1.5 Where the Goods are delivered by the Supplier, you agree and accept that the Supplier shall be solely responsible for delivering the Goods to you in accordance with the delivery arrangements agreed between you and the Supplier.

1.6 When the goods you ordered are delivered to you, you will become the owner of the goods. Once the merchandise is delivered to you, it is at your own risk and we will not be liable for loss or damage.

1.7 Unless otherwise stated, please refer to our website (including our applications and software) for details of shipping charges and free shipping thresholds. We reserve the right to modify the free shipping threshold at any time.
